The highly anticipated latest version 1.3.0 of the "10xBaseball" app will be released on January 25, 2024. This update introduces various new features that aim to completely rejuvenate the gaming experience, offering deeper satisfaction to all players.
1. New "Arcade Mode" Implementation

2. New Enemy Pitchers Added
Thirteen new enemy pitchers have been added. 5. Change in Exp Bonus Calculation Formula

About Us
2catch is the developer and publisher of games and mobile game applications provided through all App Stores, including the Google Play Store (collectively referred to as “App Store”). Hereinafter, "we" or "us" refers to 2catch.
To Use Our Game
You must be over the age of 13 (16 or older if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), or 18 or older if you reside in Brazil). If not, you cannot create an account, use any of our Games, or submit personal information to the Game or 2catch (such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address).
You must not have been previously prohibited from playing our games (unless such prohibition has been lifted by us).
Your Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, disclose, and otherwise process your personal information when you download or use our games. By downloading or using our games, you acknowledge that our Privacy Policy applies. If you do not wish 2catch to collect, store, use, or share your information as described in our Privacy Policy, please do not download or use our games.

Application Stores
Application Stores and platforms may have their own terms that apply to your relationship with these Application Stores and platforms.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party applications (such as leaderboards and game networks) to provide content through our games (hereafter referred to as “Third-Party Services”). If our game uses these features or content, the applicable third-party terms and policies, including their privacy policies, will apply to these features.
Device and Other Requirements
This game requires a smartphone with the Android operating system. Updates to the game may require downloading the latest version of your device's operating system or updating other third-party software.
We provide the game. You provide the equipment (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.), and pay for the internet and App Store connection fees, data charges, and mobile phone usage fees for downloading and using the game.
Ownership and License
The game provided to you is licensed, not sold. 2catch owns all rights to the game (including copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, patents, and other global intellectual property rights, as well as other applicable laws, rules, or regulations, but not limited to these) and reserves all rights. You have no intellectual property rights in the game other than the right to use the game according to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a license to (a) download a copy of the game onto your device and view, use, and display the game on that device for your personal use; (b) download, install, and run the number of copies of each game permitted by the download site of the game onto a mobile device that you own or control for your use; and (c) receive and use free supplementary updates to the game provided by us (hereinafter referred to as “License”).
Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the game;
Modify, translate, adapt, merge, make derivative works of, disassemble, decompile, reverse-engineer the game, except as explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
Access the game to build a similar or competitive service or application;
Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the game in any form or by any means, except as explicitly stated here;
Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to export and import regulations, applicable to the use of technology used in the game.
Usage Regulations
Users must not engage in the following activities:
Uploading or distributing software intended to damage or alter computer systems or data, such as computer viruses, worms, malicious code.
Transmitting defamatory, false, misleading, threatening, offensive, or otherwise undesirable material (including user content) in connection with their use of the game.
Collecting information or data about other users, including email addresses, without their consent (e.g., using harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers).
Disabling, excessively burdening, disrupting, or interfering with servers or networks connected to the game (e.g., through denial-of-service attacks).
Attempting unauthorized access to the site, game, servers, or networks connected to the game (e.g., through password mining).
Not infringing on our or any third party's intellectual property rights in connection with the use of the game, including the submission of materials or user content.
Not using the game in illegal ways, for illegal purposes, or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Not interfering with other users' use and enjoyment of the game or acting in a way that could harm, disable, overburden, impair, or jeopardize our systems or security, including harming minors in any way.
Not uploading or distributing unauthorized or unapproved advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages, whether commercial or not (including user content).
Limitation of Liability
2catch may update or modify the game for performance improvement, feature enhancement, reflecting changes in the operating system, or addressing security issues. We may also request you to update the game for these reasons. Future releases, updates, or other additions to the game (including in-app purchases, additional levels, gameplay enhancements) will be subject to these Terms unless otherwise specified.
If you choose not to install such updates or opt-out of automatic updates, you may be unable to continue using the game, and 2catch will not be responsible for any damage to your device or other digital content that could have been avoided by following our advice to update the game.
2catch may, at any time and without notice, temporarily or permanently suspend or discontinue the game or any part of it. In such cases, there may be no impact on games already downloaded, but support for the game may end, updates may become unavailable, or access to certain services may be removed. Unless otherwise specified by applicable law, 2catch is not obligated to provide refunds, benefits, or any other compensation for previously acquired or purchased virtual items in such situations.
To the extent permitted by law, 2catch may limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete access to the game or any part of it, limit, suspend, terminate, modify, or delete content or tools within the game, delay or remove hosted content, and is under no obligation to compensate users for any loss or consequences thereof.
User Content
When you use features within the game to upload, distribute, or otherwise provide content, or communicate with other users (hereafter referred to as “User Content”), you must adhere to the above “Usage Regulations”.
You are responsible for your User Content. You assume all risks associated with the use of your User Content, including reliance on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of your User Content that makes you or any third party personally identifiable. You may not state or imply that your User Content is in any way provided, sponsored, or endorsed by 2catch. 2catch is not obligated to back up any User Content, and it may be deleted at any time. If you desire, you are solely responsible for creating backup copies of your User Content.
By uploading or posting User Content to the game, you grant us the following rights to use that content:
An irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully-paid, worldwide transferable license with the right to grant sublicenses to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use your User Content;
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 2catch may disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any of your User Content constitutes a breach of their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy. We will also disclose your User Content to other third parties or government bodies where legally required to do so.
Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions to 2catch (hereafter referred to as “Feedback”), 2catch will treat such Feedback as non-confidential and non-proprietary. 2catch may use such Feedback unlimitedly and freely without paying any compensation to you or any third party.
Contract Duration and Termination
These Terms apply for the duration that you download and/or use this game (subject to modification).
If you violate these Terms, or any other terms applicable to you, we may take measures against you, including, but not limited to, suspension of access to the game and/or termination of your rights to use the game. This includes cases where you violate the usage policy or repeatedly infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights without authorization. Additionally, you may be violating laws, including but not limited to breaches or infringements of 2catch or third-party intellectual property rights. Actions that disrupt or manipulate the operation of the game, such as attempting to interrupt or interfere with the game, are violations of 2catch's terms and may also constitute criminal or civil law violations.
If we suspend or terminate your rights in relation to the game, you will no longer be able to access the game:
You will no longer have access to the game, and you must delete or remove the game from your device.
Progress and other game-related data in the game will be deleted. However, game-related data cannot be restored.
Your User Content may also be deleted from our live databases.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for any reasonable costs or losses incurred by us as a result of claims by third parties due to: (i) your use of the game, (ii) your User Content, or (iii) your breach of these Terms. 2catch will make reasonable efforts to notify you if such a claim is recognized.
Payments, Virtual Items
Unless otherwise specified for components of the game, our games are available for free use or download. Some games may include features that enable purchases or subscriptions within the game.
Virtual Items
In our games, you may be able to earn, purchase, and use virtual items (hereafter referred to as "Virtual Items") through actual cash transactions or gameplay. These Virtual Items are not legally owned by you, regardless of acquisition or purchase, and the value of these items does not represent actual currency or equivalent credit balances. 2catch licenses these Virtual Items to you under limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable conditions. Virtual currency in your account does not constitute a real-world balance or reflect stored value, but rather constitutes a measure of the extent of your limited license.
We reserve the right to manage, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time. If we modify or eliminate Virtual Items, we will notify you through the game as far as possible.
To the extent permitted by law, all purchases and uses of Virtual Items made through the game are final and non-refundable. If your access ends or you delete the game, you cannot receive monetary or other compensation for unused Virtual Items, regardless of whether the loss of your license under these Terms is voluntary or involuntary. You acknowledge that you have no right to a refund or compensation for unused Virtual Items if you delete your account or the game.
As specified in 2catch's Privacy Policy, if you request the erasure of your personal data, you will permanently lose all Virtual Items without the right to a refund, to the extent permitted by law, as 2catch will no longer be able to associate you with the Virtual Items.
Third Parties
Application Stores
You acknowledge that: (i) the availability of the game is dependent on the third party from which you received the game, e.g., the Android Store (hereinafter referred to as “Application Store”); (ii) these Terms are between you and 2catch, not with the Application Store; and (iii) the Application Store (and its subsidiaries) are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and will have the right to enforce these Terms.
The Application Store is not responsible for the game, its content, maintenance, support services, warranty, and addressing any claims related thereto (e.g., product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement).
Third-Party Services
2catch is not responsible for, and does not control, Third-Party Services. 2catch provides these Third-Party Services only as a convenience to you. 2catch has no obligation to review or monitor, and does not endorse, guarantee, or make any representations regarding Third-Party Services. You use all Third-Party Services at your own risk. You should conduct any necessary or appropriate investigations before proceeding with any transaction in connection with Third-Party Services.
Ads
When you start or stop a game, it may display an ad. During gameplay, banners, rewarded videos, and/or interstitial ads may be displayed. Our Privacy Policy explains what information is shared with advertisers.
Release
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocably and unconditionally release and forever discharge 2catch from any and all claims, demands, and rights of action, whether now known or unknown, that relate to any interactions with, or act or omission of, any Third-Party Service, other game users, or Third-Party Advertisers. IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU HEREBY WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542 IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREGOING, WHICH STATES: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR."

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 2catch be liable to you or any third party for any lost profits, or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to these Terms or the game, even if 2catch has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Access to and use of the game are at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or mobile device or loss of data resulting therefrom. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, 2catch's liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms (for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action) will at all times be limited to the amount you have paid 2catch in the prior 12 months (if any). In no event shall 2catch's suppliers have any liability arising out of or in any way connected to these Terms.
Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitations/exclusions of liability described above, which means these limitations/exclusions may not apply to you if you reside in one of those states or countries. These limitations/exclusions apply fully to New Jersey residents.
These limitations/exclusions do not apply to users located in the EEA or in Brazil. For these users, if 2catch fails to comply with these Terms, 2catch is responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of 2catch's breach of these Terms or is a result of 2catch's negligence, but 2catch is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and 2catch at the time we entered into these Terms.

Changes to These Terms
We may need to amend, add to, or remove these Terms (or portions thereof) to reflect changes in law or best practices, or to address additional features we introduce. The date of the latest update is indicated at the bottom of this document.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof (including all games) and supersede all prior discussions and agreements between you and us.
Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not waive our right to exercise that right later. Our failure to require immediate performance of your obligations under these Terms, or our delay in taking action with respect to your breach of these Terms, does not mean that you are not required to do those things and does not prevent us from taking action at a later date.
Assignment of Rights
You may not transfer the game (or Virtual Items), whether for payment or free of charge, to anyone else. If you sell a device on which the game is installed, you must delete the game from that device. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing.
2catch may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organization. In such cases, we will always notify you in writing.

違法な方法、違法な目的、または本規約と矛盾する方法でゲームを使用しないこと；
他のユーザーによるゲームの利用および享受を妨害すること、または当社のシステムもしくはセキュリティに損害を与え、使用不能にし、過度な負担をかけ、減損させ、もしくは危殆化させる可能性のある方法で、または未成年者への危害を含む他のユーザーを妨害すること。
商業的か否かを問わず、未承諾または無許可の広告、販促物、ジャンクメール、スパム、チェーンレター、マルチ商法、またはその他の形態の複製または未承諾のメッセージと見なされる素材（ユーザーコンテンツを含む）をアップロードまたは配布すること。

お客様がかかるアップデートをインストールしないことを選択した場合、または自動アップデートをオプトアウトした場合、お客様は本ゲームの使用を継続することができない場合があり、2catchは、本ゲームのアップデートを行うという当社のアドバイスに従うことで回避できたお客様のデバイスまたはその他のデジタルコンテンツへの損害について責任を負いません。
2catchは、予告の有無にかかわらず、いつでも本ゲームまたはその一部を一時停止または中止することがあります。この場合、既にダウンロードされたゲームへの影響はありませんが、ゲームのサポートが終了したり、アップデートの対象外となったり、特定のサービスへのアクセスが削除される場合があります。このような事態が発生した場合、適用される法律で別段の定めがない限り、2catch は、以前に獲得もしくは購入したバーチャルアイテムに関する返金、特典、またはその他の補償をお客様に提供する必要はありません。
法律で認められる範囲で、2catch は、ゲームまたはその一部へのお客様のアクセスを制限、停止、終了、修正、または削除することができ、ゲーム内のコンテンツまたはツールを制限、停止、終了、修正、または削除することができ、ホストされたコンテンツを遅延または削除することができ、2catch は、いかなる損失または結果についても、お客様に補償する義務を負わないものとします。
ユーザーコンテンツ
あなたがゲーム内の機能を利用し、コンテンツをアップロード、配布、またはその他の方法で提供したり、他のユーザーと連絡を取ったりする場合（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）、あなたは上記の「利用規定」に従わなければなりません。

フィードバック
お客様が 2catch にフィードバックまたは提案（以下、「フィードバック」といいます）を提供する場合、2catch はフィードバックを機密情報および財産的情報でないものとして扱います。2catch は、お客様またはいかなる第三者に対しても対価を支払うことなく、当該フィードバックを無制限に自由に使用することができるものとします。
契約期間および終了
本規約は、お客様が本ゲームをダウンロードおよび/または使用する期間中適用されます (修正される場合があります)。
お客様が本規約、またはお客様に適用されるその他の規約に違反した場合、当社はお客様に対して、特に、ゲームへのアクセスの停止、および/またはゲームを使用するお客様の権利の終了を含む措置を取る場合があります。これには、利用ポリシーに違反した場合、または許可なく第三者の知的財産権を侵害する使用を繰り返した場合も含まれます。さらに、お客様は、2catch または第三者の知的財産権に対する違反または侵害を含め、法律に違反している可能性があります。ゲームの運営を妨害または操作するなど、ゲームを中断または妨害しようとする行為は、2catch の規約違反であり、刑法または民法に違反する可能性があります。

当社は、いつでも仮想アイテムを管理、制御、変更または廃止することができます。当社が仮想アイテムを変更または削除する場合は、ゲームを通じて可能な限りお客様に通知します。
法律で認められている範囲において、ゲームでの購入およびゲームを通じて行われたバーチャルアイテムの利用はすべて最終的なものであり、払い戻しはできません。お客様のアクセスが終了した場合、またはお客様がゲームを削除した場合、お客様は、本規約に基づくライセンスの喪失が自発的であるか非自発的であるかにかかわらず、未使用の仮想アイテムに対する金銭またはその他の補償を受け取ることはできません。お客様は、アカウントまたはゲームを削除した場合、未使用の仮想アイテムに対する返金または補償を受ける権利がないことを了承するものとします。

完全合意
